Welcome! My name is Derak Carrington II! I am a Personal Development Coach. Why do I coach?  I love helping people solve problems. My job is to provide you with the tools and guidance to improve your relationships, career and ultimately your life!

Together we will identify your needs and  determine solutions within the context of the your overall goal. Next, we will develop and implement solutions through information gathering, synthesis, review, and test. The strategy is to help you address the barriers that keep you from achieving your goals! 

Personal Development Coaching uses inquiry, reflection, and discussion to help clients identify personal goals to develop action plans intended to achieve goals. Personal Development Coaching centers around the belief that the client has the answers to their own problems within them. As a personal coach, I am not a subject expert, but rather I'm focused on helping individuals unlock their own potential by asking the right questions then making a plan of action. Implementation of Personal Development strategies is not counseling or therapy, it is very accountability based. 

Modern day society places a huge emphasis and significance in a person's exterior appearance. This an opportunity to heal, pamper and manicure your inner person. After this experience, if fully embraced then you will grow and even blossom in ways not believed possible.
