When insurance is used the notes of the sessions are reported to the Insurance companies and if certain information is revealed such as thoughts of suicide, homicide, any harm to third party that fall under a therapists or counselors "duty to protect" - under law they must report these incidents to protect themselves from lawsuit.  At times, statements of suicide and homicide are to release anger and does not require governmental involvement. However, with insurance reporting must happen. Our services all the concerns of the heart to stay between the coach and client.
